This Thursday the 8th of September is R U OK? Day.<\/p>\n

R U OK<\/a>? Day is an Australian national day of action held every year on the second Thursday of September to remind people to regularly check in with colleagues, family and friends and ask ‘are you ok?’<\/p>\n

R U OK?’s vision is a world where we’re all connected and are protected from suicide and self-harm. Their mission\u00a0is to inspire and empower everyone to meaningfully connect with people around them and support anyone struggling with life.<\/p>\n

Their\u00a0goals:<\/h3>\n
