\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe Lancet<\/em> Commission on Adolescent Health and Wellbeing was established in 2013 and was a partnership of 30 of the world\u2019s leading\u00a0<\/span>experts<\/span><\/a>\u00a0(those working in academic and technical institutions, and those at the policy<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\/ implementation coalface) from 14 countries and two youth health advocates.\u00a0<\/span>Auspiced<\/span> by\u202f\u00a0<\/span><\/span>The Lancet<\/em><\/span><\/a>\u202f<\/span>and led by four academic institutions:\u00a0<\/span>The University of Melbourne; University College London; London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine and Columbia University<\/span>.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

\"Institute<\/a><\/span><\/td>\nWe have developed a partnership with the University of Washington\u2019s Institute of Health Metrics and Evaluation (IHME) to support the development of better health metrics for adolescents.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\"International<\/span><\/td>\nWe thank the International Center for Research on Women (ICRW) who have conducted a global survey of youth advocates around their perception of major youth health needs in their countries.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\"Public<\/a><\/span><\/td>\nThe Public Health Foundation of India is undertaking a review of the health effects of the new social networking and digital media environment on young people. This includes consideration of potential harms and opportunities for health gain.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
